Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to fees paid to AntDevs for professional services, including but not limited to software development, technical consulting, Shopify or e-commerce implementation, workshops, training, and ongoing support or subscription-style retainers (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing Services, you agree to this Policy together with the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

U.S. notice. Consumer protection laws vary by state. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable federal or state law. If a mandatory rule in your jurisdiction conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory rule applies to the extent required.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund of eligible fees within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the initial payment for the applicable Service, unless a different start date is specified in your written agreement (for example, contract execution date or project kickoff). The refund window runs from that reference date, not from partial deliverables or milestones unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Projects or fees that may not be eligible

Refunds are not guaranteed for every purchase. The following are common situations where a refund may be denied or reduced (non-exhaustive list):

  • Work product, access, or deliverables have already been substantially completed or accepted by you, or you have started using them in production.
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (licenses, domains, hosting, app subscriptions, ad spend, payment processor fees, government filings, etc.).
  • Rush fees, non-refundable deposits, or amounts contractually identified as non-refundable in your signed quote or agreement.
  • Subscription or retainer periods that have already begun or been billed in arrears for time already rendered.
  • Custom work that cannot reasonably be resold or undone where performance has begun with your approval.
  • Violations of our terms (e.g. chargeback abuse, fraudulent payment, or material breach of the agreement).

We will confirm eligibility in writing after reviewing your specific engagement. If only part of a fee is eligible, we may approve a partial refund consistent with work completed and costs incurred.

3. Taxes

Taxes are not refundable through AntDevs. Any sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar amounts collected and remitted to tax authorities remain subject to applicable tax laws. If a tax authority allows a credit or reversal, you may need to pursue that directly with the authority or your tax advisor.

4. Discounts and promotional pricing

Refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid for the eligible Service after discounts, coupons, or promotional credits. Discounts and promotional reductions are not paid out as cash as part of a refund; we refund only the net consideration received for the eligible portion.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within a commercially reasonable period and may take up to thirty (30) calendar days from approval, depending on payment method, banking cycles, weekends, holidays, and fraud-prevention review.

6. Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction whenever technically possible. If that method is no longer available (e.g. expired card), we may require an alternative verification process or issue credit toward future Services, as permitted by law and card network rules.

7. How to request a refund

Email hello@antdevs.com from the address associated with your account, including: your name, company (if any), invoice or receipt reference, date of payment, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks opened without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension of Services and may affect eligibility for a cooperative refund.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. For new purchases after an update, the updated Policy applies unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
